Safe Handling Instructions for Raw Food

• Keep food frozen and thaw in the refrigerator before use.
• Raw food should be consumed within 3 days of thawing.
• Refrigerate unused portions after serving.
• Serve in stainless steel or ceramic bowls.
• Clean all surfaces, utensils, serving spoons, and hands with hot, soapy water after handling raw meat and/or poultry.
