Polux Saint-Sauveur is much more than a pet store — it’s an independent business driven by a genuine passion for animal well-being, hands-on expertise, and a deep desire to make a real difference.
The story of Polux begins with Normand, the former owner, who passed on to me his passion for the canine world through competitions and an ethical vision of breeding. Thanks to him, I discovered a fascinating universe that still lives within me today. After working in the store for 20 years, I became the owner 4 years ago, determined to honor this beautiful mission while giving it new momentum.
Since then, Polux has grown significantly: our physical store in Saint-Sauveur has doubled in size, and we are also present online. We have gathered a team of passionate specialists: canine and feline behaviorists, scent detection experts, rat sports trainers, animal aromatherapists, and more. This network allows us to support our clients in a comprehensive, personalized, and always respectful way.
With numerous certifications (canine and feline nutrition, animal behavior, grooming, canine aesthetics, etc.), I continually update my knowledge to offer advice based on solid scientific foundations. My journey also led me to competitions (agility, obedience, herding, rally-o) and five years of grooming work. All of these experiences nourish Polux’s unique approach today. But at the heart of it all is a profound bond with animals.
At Polux, our mission is clear: to support humans in their relationship with their animals with kindness, without judgment, and always putting respect first. We believe in pain-free education, debunking outdated myths, and a relationship based on trust, not fear. Polux Saint-Sauveur is a local, human, competent, and committed store — where every animal matters, and every client is heard.

.Employée chez Polux depuis plus de 3 ans, elle a suivi plusieurs formations, notamment en massothérapie canine, premiers secours animaliers, Patte d’eau Bio, De Main de Maître et Éduchateur.
Grâce à son expérience en Sports canins extérieurs (trotinette, cani-rando,Paddle board , Ski joring etc.), elle saura vous guider afin de pratiquer vos activités de façon sécuritaire et adaptée à votre chien.
Elle possède également de solides connaissances en alimentation canine et féline et peut vous accompagner pour divers enjeux, tant qu’ils ne relèvent pas d’un acte médical.
