Return and Warranty Policy

No item will be refunded without prior authorization.

If the returned item qualified for free shipping, delivery and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.

No refunds will be granted for items that have been opened, unwrapped, or used. Upon receiving your order, you have 7 days to return a new item for a refund.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, which must be in perfect condition.

Shipping and return fees are non-refundable, except in the following cases where the item is defective and we are unable to replace it or you received the wrong item.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, usually within 4 to 5 business days after we receive your return.

To request a return or for any other inquiry, please contact us by phone, Messenger, or email. A prompt response is guaranteed.

To exchange a new item (for example, due to incorrect size), please place a new order and return the item that does not fit. We will process the refund as soon as the returned package is received.

For hygiene reasons and to ensure customer protection, the following products cannot be exchanged or refunded: Litter accessories & litter boxes, Potty-training items, Grooming products, Pet beds, Bulk items and Special orders requested by the customer (items not normally kept in stock)

Polux.ca does not guarantee the availability of products offered online or in store. In the event of an out-of-stock situation, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Polux.ca cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred due to inventory shortages.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Any order may be cancelled within 30 minutes of confirmation. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted, including for payment method changes.
